Parallel Plate Capacitor with Dielectrics (5C20.10)

Uses the Parallel Plate Capacitor (5C10.20), but instead of varying the separation, a large plastic or cardboard sheet is inserted between the plates.
Charge the parallel plate capacitor and then insert either the acrylic or cardboard dielectrics.
