Radio in a Faraday Cage (5B20.35)

A small AM radio is placed in a copper wire mesh cage. Note: The lecture halls themselves usually act as large Faraday cages and block all AM radio transmissions.
Tune the radio to any station in the Lecture Demo room before taking it into the lecture hall. If the radio can't receive any station in the lecture hall, open the door and extend your arm into the demo room to pick up a radio station.
