Sit on a rotating stool holding a dumbell in each hand; pulling the dumbells inward will increase your angular velocity, letting them out will decrease it.


Procedure or Operation Notes:

Each brass dumbbell is 4.1 kg / 9 lbs. 5 lb dumbbells are also available.

Be sure you're well centered on the stool and bring the weights in symmetrically.
