Sit on a rotating stool holding a spinning bicycle wheel in your hands. Tip the wheel and the stool will rotate to conserve the angular momentum of the system.
A lab stand will be clamped to either the lecture hall table or a demo table. Place the string loop over the lab stand and walk backwards to spin up the wheel.
